(2)Species: Oak, Canada Maple, Chinese maple, Birch, Teak, Jatoba, Sapele, Americal Walnut, beech, Cherry, santos mohagony, Iroko, Wenge,etc
(3)Base plywood: poplar plywood core, poplar &Mix hardwood core, birch plywood core.
(4)Plank size: 900*125*15/4mm, 2200*220*21/6mm, 1860*189*20/6mm, 1860*190*14/3mm, not larger than the size of 2200*240*22/6mm. the top veneer thickness: 0.6mm---- 6mm, we could also custom as client’s requirement.
(5)Glue: Formaldehyde releasing meets E1 Environment Protection Standard.
(6)Finishing: Germany treffert (or Germany klumpp)with 7 coating UV lacquer. 
(7)Moisture Content: 8%-10%.
(8)Surface: flat, hand scrapped, wire brushed,distressed, carbonized, smoked etc 
(9)Joint: Perfect T&G, bevel only along board length and no bevel on two ends
(10)Grading: AB/CD/ABC/ABCD grade requirements available.
(11)Packing: neutral packing according to the clients' requirements.
(12)Monthly supplies: 30,000 square meters.

From base plywood making, making T/G system, and paint coating all process are finish in our factory.
